Email problems

We have received one or two complaints that email queries sent in have not been responded to. We must apologise to anyone who feels we have not replied, however every email we have received we have responded to, sometimes on several occasions if the recipient contacts us again presuming we have not replied.

We do not know why certain emails we are sending are not being received. One possibility are SPAM filters not recognising knitonthenet as a valid email but really we are only guessing.

We are trying using a different email address to see if this bypasses the problem. If you have sent in a query and have not received a reply again accept our sincere apologies.
