Hotmail problems

We thought it best to post a brief update to the email situation. The biggest problem we seem to be having is with hotmail accounts identifying our incoming emails as spam and deleting them immediately.

We obviously can do nothing about this but can we suggest that if you are in communication with ourselves or you have subscribed to the site that you add knitonthenet to your contact list and this will ensure that you will receive emails from ourselves.

We sincerely hope that no one thinks we have not contacted them, when in fact we are trying everything possible to get through.
