Issue Two online

Issue two has been successfully online now for a couple of weeks. There are still news items to add as things are coming in thick and fast at the moment.

Two major items of news.

Susie Hewer, the wonderful marathon knitter who's diary we have been sharing with you, will be running in the London Marathon this Sunday - the 22nd of April - whilst knitting. Susie is also attempting a world record and is being recorded knitting by the Guinness Book of Records. The BBC plan to interview Susie, so look out for her and please cheer her on.

Good Luck Susie!

The other major item of news is the knit a river walk across London to Downing Street, on Saturday 12th May. The river is being carried across the Thames to Downing Street to promote Water Aid's campaign message. Read more about how you can join in the walk on our news pages.

Finally, the response to the magazine has been unbelievable. We have had over half a million hits in just over two weeks. Thank you to all our readers. You are responsible for making this magazine so much more than we ever imagined.

Please remember we are setting up a charity page for the magazine, so if you have any knitting event, fund raising or awareness campaign that you would like featured please email us at editor@knitonthenet.com

There will be a full update soon to all registered readers, with an additional pattern and all the latest news.

Best wishes and thank you again
